TERMS AND CONDITIONS
By engaging in the services of Bug Doctor, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully. These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between (the "Client") and Bug Doctor.
1.1. Bug Doctor will provide pest control services as agreed upon in the service agreement or work order.
1.2. The scope of services will be detailed in the service agreement or work order, including the type of pests targeted, treatment methods, and any ongoing maintenance or follow-up services.
2.1. The Client is responsible for providing accurate information regarding the pest problem, property access, and any relevant safety or health concerns.
2.2. The Client must ensure that the premises are accessible to Bug Doctor during scheduled service appointments.
3.1. The Client agrees to pay Bug Doctor the agreed-upon fees for services provided.
3.2. Payment terms, including due dates and accepted payment methods, will be specified in the service agreement or invoice.
3.3. Failure to pay within 4 weeks will result in either a debt collection notice or a disputes tribunal hearing at the local court.
3.4. Each month for non-payment will incur a 10% increase of the total invoice, as well as debt collection or Disputes tribunal.
3.5. Debt collection or Disputes tribunal fees will be passed onto the client.
Cancellation and Rescheduling
4.1. The Client may cancel or reschedule service appointments by providing reasonable notice to Bug Doctor.
5.1. Bug Doctor will take reasonable precautions to minimize risks associated with pest control services.
5.2. The Client acknowledges that pest control involves the use of chemicals and accepts any associated risks and responsibilities, including temporary evacuation if necessary.
6.1. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New Zealand. Any disputes arising from this agreement will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts.
7.1. By engaging Bug Doctor, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact us for clarification before proceeding with our services.
8.1. Must have a service every 4-12 weeks.
9.1. Must have a service every 8 weeks.
