Services provided

​

Bug Doctor will provide pest control services as specified in the quote or written confirmation.

The scope of services, including target pests, treatment methods, and any ongoing maintenance or follow-up services, will be detailed in the quote or written confirmation.

Client obligations

​

The Client is responsible for providing accurate information regarding the pest problem, property access, and any relevant safety or health concerns.

The Client must ensure that the premises are accessible to Bug Doctor during scheduled service appointments.

​

Payment

​

The Client agrees to pay Bug Doctor the agreed-upon fees for services provided within 30 days of the invoice date.

Overdue payments will incur interest charged at 10% of the invoice total per month.

Accounts that remain unpaid for over three months will be referred to a debt collection agency or disputes tribunal, with any associated application fees passed on to the Client.

Cancellation and rescheduling

​

The Client may cancel or reschedule appointments by providing at least three working days notice to Bug Doctor.

If an appointment is cancelled without being rescheduled, and less than three working days notice is provided, a cancellation fee of 15% of the quoted cost will be charged to the Client.

Liability

​

Bug Doctor will take all reasonable precautions to minimise risks associated with pest control services.

The Client acknowledges that pest control may involve the use of chemicals and accepts any associated risks and responsibilities, including the requirement for temporary evacuation if necessary.

Agreement confirmation

Specific pest service frequencies

​

Bait stations installed on your property are on loan and remain the property of Bug Doctor. Regular checks are essential to ensure that the stations remain effective and to prevent pests from breeding between visits. For this reason, the below service frequencies are required: 

​

• Rodents: Service required every 4-12 weeks.

• Wasps: Service required every 4-8 weeks.

• Rabbits and Possums: Service required every 4-8 weeks.
